Alternator / electronic ignition
for René Gillet Paris 125

Replaces the original SAFI SSY pilot alternator, upgrades to 12V / 100W DC (with clockwise rotating systems also available on request 6V / 75W) and contactless electronic ignition. The ignition timing is static, the modern fuels make an adjustment superfluous. The weight of the new rotor is 2 kg, like the original rotor, but it is smaller in diameter (128mm instead of 158mm).

At the engine block no changes are necessary.
